superb location attentive staff fresh pastries
The location was superb. i found many restaurants and cafes nearby. the staff were so cute. I appreciated their attentiveness . the breakfast was also delicious with fresh pastries and quality coffee.

The location was superb. The metro station was just outside the hotel. Traveling was very convenient!!!

friendly staff good price great location water damage damp smell missing wallpaper
The staff were friendly. They tried to understand my questions. They also worked hard to provide answers. The room matched the price I paid for the location.
The first room I got showed some signs of past WATER damage on the ceiling. The wallpaper was missing. I noticed a damp smell in the room. The second room also had water damage on the ceiling, though less prominent.

warm smile fresh eggs metro station
the friendly receptionist answered every question and offered directions with a warm smile. breakfast had fresh scrambled eggs. i really enjoyed the location close to the metro station. the hotel felt safe with 24-hour reception.
the elevator moved slowly. i often chose the stairs.

Acceptable Stay Near Public Transit
warm welcome extra coffee bottle opener slow elevator limited iron inconvenient wait
I received a warm greeting upon arrival. The room had a kettle and the staff provided extra coffee when I requested it. The staff happily provided a bottle opener and glasses for wine in my room (which was quite nice).
The elevator was slow. I often took the stairs instead (being on a higher floor). The room was modern, but the wait time for the elevator was inconvenient. An iron was not readily available. The hotel had only two for all guests.
